Customer Foucsed
We our a company who are very customer focused. Upon first point of contact when you call us, our receptionist will try to estabish exactly what you want carrying out on your project. They will then ask you for your details and book you in for an appointment with one of our surveyors.
Surveyors
As each of our customers are very important to us our surveyor will spend as much time as you want with you, discussing your project. They will suggest designs and products for your garden or driveway and incorporate any design ideas you may have. They try to be on time for every project however, if they are running late they will contact you before your booking time to let you know.
Working with you
We work with you each step of the way including when we are installing your project. If there is something that you want to change on your project it is never to late. We are flexible and as customer satisfaction is also important to us, we want you to be happy with the finished product.
